About MOTO CANADA™
Formally The Motorcycle & Moped Industry Council, founded in 1971 we are a national, non-profit, trade association which represents the responsible interests of the major motorcycle and scooter manufacturers, as well as the manufacturers, distributors and retail outlets of motorcycle and scooter-related products and services in Canada.
Our member companies account for approximately 90 percent of all the new on-road motorcycles and scooters sold in Canada. MOTO CANADA™ is funded entirely by its Members and Industry Partners and by the programs and services it offers.
CANADA’S NATIONAL POWERSPORT TRAILS REPORT
Moto Canada and the Canadian Quad Council have unveiled the National Powersport Trails Report 2025 — the first comprehensive look at the over 142,000 kilometres of off-road powersport trails that stretch across Canada. From ATVs and side-by-sides to dirt and adventure bikes, this report examines the vast trail network, its $10.3 billion economic impact, the 663,300 registered users, and the passionate volunteers who support it. Discover the opportunities, challenges, and the critical need for national support to preserve and sustain this vital part of Canada's recreational landscape.
