MMIC, COHV and PSS are pleased to welcome two new team members today

Markham, ON: The Motorcycle and Moped Industry Council (MMIC), The Canadian Off-Highway Vehicle Distributors Council (COHV) and Power Sport Services (PSS) are pleased to welcome two new team members today.

Deborah Potter joins the organizations as Vice President, Marketing & Business Development.  Deborah will lead the continuing development of an expanding Power Sport Services business including the Motorcycle and Powersport Shows and related marketing plus joint ventures and new business opportunities. In her 15 + years in the field, Deborah has held leadership roles for companies like Hallmark Cards, Rust-Oleum and Illinois Tool Works (ITW). Most recently, she served as the Chief Growth Officer for Metal Supermarkets where she oversaw sales and marketing teams that were responsible for: traditional and digital marketing, PR, eCommerce, customer care/sales center (remote location) as well as the creation and execution of growth initiatives for their 120 store franchise network.

Deborah was born and raised on the south shore of Montreal and is fluent in French. She resides in Sharon Ontario with her family.

Derek Rockel joins as Western Sales Manager for Power Sport Services and the Motorcycle and Powersport Shows.  With over two decades in the Canadian motorcycle industry and as a former exhibitor in the Motorcycle Shows, Derek is a sales veteran with an appreciation for the marketing reach that the shows deliver as well as the exhibitor journey. Derek spent almost two decades with Inside Motorcycles and certainly has a passion for the business.
