These are bikes that you can sit on, or stand on, go over logs and rocks, on dirt and gravel roads! Or on the road comfortably, for hours! This was a new world for me. But first I had to navigate some testosterone, and find a bike, the best gear, places to go, the right attitude, a sense of humour, and a physiotherapist because it’s not always easy
