Official Rules (the “Rules”)

CONTEST PERIOD

This contest is brought to you by Moto Canada (the “Contest Sponsor”). The “Moto Canada Newsletter Signup Contest” (the “Contest”) commences on January 12, 2024, at 9:00:00 am PT and ends on February 18, 2024, at 11:59:59 pm ET. The draw will take place on January 20, 2024.

ELIGIBILITY

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. The contest is open to legal residents of Canada who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Notwithstanding the above, this contest is not open to employees, representatives, agents, officers, or directors (or those with whom such persons are domiciled, whether related or not) of the Contest Sponsor.

HOW TO ENTER

(a) ENTRY WITH NEWSLETTER SIGNUP:

Sign up for Moto Canada’s newsletter by visiting the Moto Canada website and completing the online entry form. Each entrant who successfully signs up will receive one (1) entry in the Contest.

(b) NO PURCHASE ENTRY:

To obtain entries without signing up for the newsletter, visit the Moto Canada website and complete the online entry form by following all online instructions, including agreeing to be bound by the Contest rules. Limit one online (1) entry every seven (7) days per person/email/mobile device account.

Entrants may use only one (1) email address or mobile account to enter.

PRIZES

There is one (1) Prize valued at $300.00 to be awarded, a “Prize.” A random draw from all eligible entries will be conducted at the end of the contest.

The prize winner will receive a $300.00 prepaid Visa gift card. No prize substitutions allowed.

METHOD OF AWARDING PRIZE

At the end of the Contest, there will be one (1) draw conducted at Moto Canada’s headquarters, at which time the potential Prize winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries submitted and received in accordance with these Contest rules. Odds of winning a Prize depend on the number of eligible entries submitted.

The Prize must be accepted as awarded and may not be transferred, exchanged, assigned, or refunded.

Please allow approximately four (4) to six (6) weeks for the fulfillment of your Prize.

ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

By entering this Contest, the entrant acknowledges and agrees that Moto Canada and its respective officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) shall have no liability of any kind whatsoever with respect to this Contest and/or the Prize.

By participating in this Contest, entrant accepts and agrees to these Contest Rules and all decisions of the Contest Sponsor, which shall be final and legally binding on entrant in all matters relating to this Contest.

RIGHT TO TERMINATE, MODIFY, OR SUSPEND

The Contest Sponsor may, at any time, at its sole and absolute discretion and without liability or advance notice, terminate, modify, or suspend the Contest, in whole or in part.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

Moto Canada is collecting personal data about the entrants for the purpose of administering this contest and may share this information with the promotional fulfillment agency for the purpose of the administration of the Contest.

By entering the Contest, entrants agree to receive promotional emails from Moto Canada and its affiliate, Moto Canada Connect. Entrants can unsubscribe from these emails at any time by following the instructions provided in the emails.

GOVERNING LAW and Interpretation

This contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada.

In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of these Contest rules and disclosures or other statements contained in any Contest-related materials, the terms and conditions of these Contest rules shall prevail, govern, and control to the fullest extent permitted by law.
